Defacated twice. First time I had lower abdominal cramps and there was a lot of stool and it was soft . second time I had no pain, less stool and there was bright red blood on toilet paper but couldn't tell if it was in the stool. I don't have a period due to PCOS and today is the first time its ever occurred.
