Hello,just before 2 days near my period date i took one alprax 0.25mg for only one day because that night i was feeling very restless...after two days when I missed my period i found out that i am pregnant...now i am scared to death because as per Google it's very harmful in pregnancy and while planning also...i am feeling guilty and stressed and not at all happy with my pregnancy now ...plz guide me
