Hello! I understand your concern about your husband’s numerous moles. The presence of many moles, especially if some are larger or have changed over time, can sometimes raise questions about skin health, including the risk of melanoma. However, a proper evaluation is essential to assess this accurately. I cannot provide a specific diagnosis or treatment based on the description and pictures alone. I strongly recommend scheduling an online consultation with me for a detailed assessment and personalized advice.
Next Steps
Please book an online consultation with me at the earliest to review the pictures and discuss his condition further.
Health Tips
Avoid excessive sun exposure and monitor any changes in the moles’ size, shape, or color. Seek professional guidance rather than self-diagnosing for the best outcome.

These kind of small moles might not cause melanoma but look for sudden increase in size or change in colour then you have to consult a dermatologist

Having multiple small moles (nevi) is common, especially in Indian skin due to genetics or sun exposure. Most are harmless. Watch for any changes in size, shape, color, asymmetry or if they itch or bleed. If any mole looks unusual or changes over time, it’s best to get it evaluated by a dermatologist.
