All time dizziness :(

My dizziness started 5 days ago and still same. I feel hard to focus eyes and walking/reading increases difficulties. I have chronic sinus, allergies from 2 years. Presently on antihist.+antibiotic tabs, nasal drops. But my symptoms are nt improving. M Vry depressed. Wt to do.my ECG/BP were nrml. Hvng leg pain too.

Hey, dizziness could be due to sinusitis , if you have sinusitis now take measures to cure sinusitis other symptoms disappear , take steam inhalation daily, have sound sleep in night , have warm food items,avoid ice cream ,  avoid allergens,continue meditation .
