Is it okay to discontinue akt 4 medicines for some days after a pulmonologist suggestion because of the side effects?

Usually akt4 needs periodic monitoring of liver function test. If liver enzymes are elevated in higher range then take advice and stop also restarting the medication should be under vigilance
