I am done with my ASL ligment operation on March 12 2015,I have consulted operated doctor for 4 months and after that due to financial issues didn't met him ,please provide me precautions I.e what to do and what not to do and when my ligament  would strengthen,how to strengthen my ligament for active running ?,thank u
