Aec is 490/cumm

Hi due to cough I checked my blood. My AEC level is 490/cumm and esr is 40mm/hr Please tell me how to reduce this ESR level

Reports show infection. Gargle with salt water 2- 3 times daily. Get sputum test and chest x ray done.

Increase level of AEC and ESR shows you have allergic cough.. but to solve disease a complete medical history is required..

Increase level of AEC and ESR shows u have allergic cough. U may take tablet bresol 2 tablets twice a day and haridra khand 1 tspn twice a day for 15 days. Surely u will have improvement.
Next Steps
Also follow other instructions in cough like avoid cold things, avoid dust and sudden temperature change.
