I felt pain in waist and abdomen last 2 days after ultasoundight adnexa shows a hypoechoic mass lesion of 42*41*49 mm size with volume of 44cc. What is that? Is it fatal?

There can be many reasons for the hypoechoic mass lesion Get a Cect abdomen done. Based on those reports further advice can be given
