You should consult an addiction psychiatrist and should consider seeking in-patient treatment (rehabilitation). This would help you a lot and also help you live a life without this addiction. This whole process can be tiring and long but it can be done. Do consult an addiction psychiatrist online or offline.
Next Steps
medication and counseling will help.
