I am female of 58 years housewife..I m very active in household work but from the last few months I m feeling acute pain in my both legs. Swelling is also there in my legs. Sometimes I cannot even sit due to pain. I think this is problem in veins of legs. Plz suggest some remedy I shall be thankful to u.. I m not taking any medicine except blood pressure Sartel 40 tablet. I also drink very less milk Plz suggest me some solution
