For last 3 months, I have an acne on my scrotum which refuses to go. On touching it I can feel it hardened under the skin. I feel tempted to scratch the area around the acne as it provides my relief. I have consulted a gen surgeon & he diagnosed it as hardend gland which can be removed with minor surgery. 2nd opinion?
