hello there.
certain individuals are more prone to acidity when compared to others.
oily, spicy foods are known to aggravate the problem. smoking, stress, sleeping immediately after food also causes acidity.
drink lots of water, take a antacid prior to food will be recommended. but don't continue taking antacids for long.
consult a gastroenterologist if your problem still persists because you may be suffering from peptic ulcer disease also.
