Absecces on stomach

I had an abscess n doc did incision and drainage, he prescribed 3 tab augmentin, chymoral forte , Ultracet, for 5 days twice daily, today s the 5th day but I started to experince dizziness from sterday, faster heart beat, what shud be done, dressing of wound is done on alternate days by nurse.can I do it on my own
