Hello, it depends on individual patient response and not the level of disorders. Sometime even milder symptoms may reqyire higher dose. If dose is increased gradually then no adverse effect will be expected and only if it is started directly on 37.5 mg then patient may shows restlessness, heaviness in head, sleep disturbances etc. Kindly consult your Psychiatrist and let him decide the treatment and dose of medications.
