My baby born on 10th Oct 2015.. He was suffered from 2 surgeries and now its affected to brain i.e, brain is filled with fluid..and 2 ventricles bulged.. Is that baby may be mentally retarded in future ?

Hey chances are there , increased Ventricle pressure presses on sorrounding structure leading to cell atrophy . If surgical intervention is taken immediate then future complication can be minimised
