We have a child of 8 and half month My wife Lmp was 15 feb but than she missed period so we check on 19 march and it shows upt positive, we confirmed with tvs usg it confirms intrauterine pregnancy  so we consulted with gyne and took mtp kit starting from 27 march, she was free from bleeding on 5 th april, than on 6th april we had protected sex with there was some leakage from condom so she took unwanted 72 on 7th april, now today when we had protected sex,but again condom tore so what should we do now?

Take an Ipill or unwanted 72 again. Refrain from sex till bleeding comes and then go for more reliable means of contraception like Copper T or progesterone only pills if still breastfeeding.

You should be educated about methods of contraception which have less failure rates You can consider getting an intrauterine copper device once she get her next period As of now understanding that emergency have a high failure rate It can also lead to irregular vaginal bleeding Your only option is to wait for the next periods
