Abortion pill, spotting only no bleeding

I completed my medication of abortion pill. I am 4 weeks pregnant. It is now 3rd day after taking misoprotol. But i only got spotting like bleeding then spotted. Is the abortion compleye? I still feel mild periods like cramp sometimes.
