I tend to shout, hit my partner while sleeping while being completely unaware of my actions. I also sleep walk at times and try to jump out of bed

Hello, consult a psychiatrist.till than tab clonazepam1 mg of five to seven days if  symptoms disappear continue it u can increase up to two mg. Ok.
