Abdominal/Vaginal pain and pressure

I've been having sudden onsets of intense pain in my abdomen around my ovaries and radiating down into my vagina, along with pressure. It usually lasts no more than 20 minutes but this weekend was constant for about 40 min and then random sharp stabs around my ovaries and vaginal pressure for the next 2 days. This usually happens every 1-3 months but does not last this long
