Had a stomach ache for a few hours now and then I started to feel nauseous, I was then sick and since then the pain has increased dramatically, I can also feel a slight fever coming on. I've also been a bit constipated the past couple days and I'm finding it a bit difficult to go to the toilet, my GP is shut for the weekend and I don't want to go to the ER in case it's nothing serious
