I have not had a period in 2 years but today I lost a gush of black blood, it has stopped but I have bad abdominal pain

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I want to know a few more things. What were you doing for 2 years? Why haven't you got periods for 2 years? Revert back with details so that I can tell you what's wrong. If you don't want to pay here, then you can go to a nearest gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
