I have bright coarse echogenicity in pancreas .. calyceal system is bright in kidneys .. lot of bowel gas in abdominal cavity.. And mild fatty liver this is ultrasound report.. In ct scan I have complex cyst right ovary 3.8×3.5cm.. in blood report esr is high and showing infection in cbc also.. what does it mean and what treatment I need to take..

Hello, CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD you need  intense TREATMENT for OVERIAN cyst, pancreas n fatty liver.    Fatty liver is slowly recovering, you have to change diet pattern totally  for all the PROBLEM,  probably u need HOSPITALIZATION.ok.
