Hi , My baby is 5.5 month old and he passed motion 4 times today and it's little watery than normal . He usually poop 2 times a day . He is active and playful otherwise .there is no other symptoms.

If baby on formula milk use hygienic (boiled ) water for dilution . Give enterogermina respule 0.3 ml thrice daily for 2 days .
