No size increase since 4 years. All tests normal. Is there any non surgical treatment for, 4.2 cm non toxic goiter? Or any other medicines or ways?

If TFT is also absolutely normal. U can keep following up with regular TFT and thyroid scans 3 to 6 monthly . There are no ways to revert the swelling non-surgically.
