I have 3 bumps that look like a bug or spider bite on my thighs, it's kinda hard underneath and around the skin. There seems to be alittle white dot in the middle of one of them when it gets scratched open by accident

It could  be an abcess.  If the pus has come out then it should heal. But if there is redness and pain then see a doctor.
