In recent report of HEPATITIS C VIRAL (HCV RNA) QUANTITATIVE, REAL TIME PCR @ (Real Time PCR - Taqman technology) it found 5448 IU/mL for 21 years male. Is this mean HCV is positive and need treatment or is it risky. See attached report
