12 weeks Pregnant lower abdomen pain

Hi. I'm 12 weeks pregnant but I'm having mild pain time to time in my lower abdomen. It comes and goes within seconds but it's reoccurring. My Ultrasound report - Lie - Transverse (unstable) Placenta - posterior (reaching the margin of internal os) Please advise.
