The amniotic fluid level is not all that bad. The amniotic fluid index just shows that something 5 with the baby. Ideal situation will be to diagnose the problem that the baby has and treat it. But the common treatments are pointed towards increasing the amniotic fluid but not directed to correcting the  problem that the baby has. So 10 ml and 10.4 ml make no difference. For a detailed discussion about Amniotic fluid please  consult a Gynaecologist with full details regarding your specific query.
