Few months back had a sudden spurt of chest heaviness and was advised eco cardio and tmt. Eco report came out clean but tmt stated weakly positive for inducible mycardial ischaemia.
Off late i am feeling breathless and tightness around the chest area upon slight exersion which again after resting is relieved.

If you not willing to undergo angio, the next step is TMT with thallium isotope. It is the ideal non-invasive way to evaluate ischemia / to assess the PHYSIOLOGY (function) – to see whether the blood arriving at the heart muscle...consult nearest cardiologist they will do the needful.
