These are features of Vitamin D and Calcium Deficiency.  Take appropriate medications. Take sunbath for atleast half an hour on sunrise.

Due to lockdown everyone activities has been limited . 1 strengthening exercises 2 walk and yoga lightly 3 breathing exercises and plenty of water 4 check for vit b12,d3  5 consult physiotherapist can plan more exercise

It could be because of deficiency of vitamin B12,Vitamin D3 and calcium. Do checkup as soon as possible and start with supplements.

Check for VITA D3 and B12. deficiency of these would bring out such pains in hands and legs. Take healthy diet rich in calcium and vitamins. Do regular early morning exercises to avoid unnecessary pains.

Most commonly Vit D3 and B12 would bring about such issues. Some general vasuc exercise program with walking could also help

Firstly mention which type of work or occupation you have in your daily life. It could be due to over use of muscles or lack of sleep. Regulate your work schedule and sleep cycle if the problem remain same then go for orthopaedic first...

This might be because of vitamin b12 and d3 deficiency. Get it checked as soon as possible. Further take healthy diet in your daily regime. Walking in the morning sunlight might also help.
