Already bunked 8 Letures help me!

My age 18 years  old men my problem is frequent urintion . This problem I facing from 2years. I am college student And I have to make my career But due to this I'm having a lot of problems. my leture was 2 hours.But after 1 hour I have to go to urine.  First i fell like urine comes out when I go to the washroom urine comes little bit .not too much urine comes. 2 years ago In day i masturbate 2 times. I think that's why I facing this problem or 2yers ago I also drinked zandu panchrsh liquid. And protein x also .and I also started push ups and other activities.  So i think this all reason I facing this problem now .  I went to the  urologist. But  urologist says that all problem is in you mind your all reports are normal don't worry (kideny sonogarphy, urine culture,suger,hiv ,urine routine,cbc )  I already take it this medicines - soliten tablet 5mg ,and tab niffran 100 ,Terol la 4mg ,urispas tab  but not worked all this medicine . Plz help I already bunked 8 Letures . Give me medicine
