I suffering from alopecia areata since Aug 2019...i had alot of treatments but no improvement..i am worried about my current situation...my eye brows and eye lashes also completely fallen..it can be cured or not

There is a cure for this, don't worry. It's due to autoimmune process( altered immunity against hairfollicle). There are different treatment options available based on type and severity. Consult nearby by dermalogist for the same.
