Alopecia Areata
I had alopecia areata for 3 years. I got treatment but hairs had come and gone. Now I have changed dermatologist. He did my blood test and it is discovered testosterone level 210.7 ng/dl. He wrote some medicines and 100 ml testosterone injection once in 10 days. What is your opinion in this case? Upto when I will have to take testosterone injections?

Please refer to an endocrinologist. He will guide you about your testosterone levels and whether you need treatment. Also alopecia areata is not related to testosterone levels. Please refer to a qualified dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment
