Buy small onions or garlic. Skin it. Now cut one piece in d centre into 2 halves and rub it on d lesion. When it starts to burn slightly stop rubbing and apply triphala churna paste made with water. Gives good results. This is an Ayurvedic remedy. Can be done daily once and d paste can be allowed to stay till it dries completely and then washed with hot water. Hope this helps you.
