Allergy problem
I am allergic to dust, more in the months of February and March due to fall season. I sneeze wildly, i get rashes on face and i get red and watery eyes. I usually take Alerfix M medicine but what should I do for long term and immediate effect?

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. Medications are safe and can be used for long term. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
