Allergy for cold related things, sneezin
Hi Doctor, I am 33 years old woman and mother of a 4 years boy kid. Post delivery 2 years back had an abortion. But since my child birth various things were added which resulted in self ignorance towards health. My weight is 80 hight is 4.11 feet. Since last June travelling from Bangalore to Nellore by night journeys every week on unavoidable family conditions. I will have to continue the same journeys further 2 or 3 years. Now, for cold related items, cold weather is causing me more allergy   and I am sneezing badly. while sneezing involuntarily passing urine in clothes. Please suggest what should I include in my routine as a home remedies to control this situation, as these seems not a suddenly invited problems, treating them is also not sudden remedy I feel. Kindly give me tips to control these health problems at home itself...
