Now a days when I yawn or laugh I get out of my breath and becomes difficult for me to breathe and it is accompanied by a whizzing sound and minor coughing I feel that something is struck In my wind pipe and have to clear my throat .I have to take take long deep.breaths to come back to normal..Same is the situation if I do some physical workout . Earlier I never used to have it.I am experiencing it from last 9 to 10 months .I aslo feel.like congestion in my chest and when I n sneeze I feel a little pain in my chest too .I I have running nose most of the times.
