Allergic asthma, breathing problem
Since months. Fragment of non-mucus cough always all day. Can't sleep at night, breathing problem maximum during early morning yet through out the day. Running nose maximum no. of times. Weakness, but appetite is good. Inner mouth skin rash(since 3-4 days). Took Viscodyne D syrup(not prescribed), cortimax 6mg and Remune AL(both under prescription year ago).

Hi.... Use your air conditioner. Air conditioning reduces the amount of airborne pollen from trees, grasses and weeds that finds its way indoors. Air conditioning also lowers indoor humidity and can reduce your exposure to dust mites..... Decontaminate your decor. Maintain optimal humidity.. Prevent mold spores. Clean damp areas in the bath, kitchen and around the house to keep mold spores from developing..... Reduce pet dander. If you're allergic to dander, avoid pets with fur or feathers.... Clean regularly. Clean your home at least once a week..... Cover your nose and mouth if it's cold out....If your symptoms is worsened by cold or dry air, wearing a face mask can help....
