All time high bad Breath
Since last one facing huge bad breath issue. Already get check up done for nostril, stomach, & dental. but nobody is able to find that why All time bad smell remain in my mouth. Its increasing day by day. I am facing huge difficulty in my life due to this as people feel smell while talking to me. I m not getting where is the issue. It remains high before eating & after eating too. If I will eat anything that will also start smelling in mouth.

Is there any other medical condition like diabetes etc ? Please add any other symptoms you have. Did your dentist advised any cleaning of teeth etc and if your dentist prescribed any medicated mouthwash etc ? Have you started any new diet which consists more of proteins and less in carbohydrates? This is sometimes the cause of bad breath due to a process called Ketosis. Please add these details.

We cannot arrive at the right diagnosis of your problem without a proper clinical examination...... still some generic suggestions can be given......make sure that you have adequate fluid intake...... make sure to clean your tongue using your toothbrush every time you brush your teeth..... add a proper medicated mouthwash to your oral care regime..... avoid over-the-counter mouthwashes and go for the one which contains chlorhexidine gluconate 0.2% like Clohex plus..... Hello There. I can understand your concern. drink plenty of water and use a mouthwash daily. apply matronly DG gel inside the mouth and gums. brush your teeth twice a day after food. consult a dentist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain,. Bangalore.
