It is common to have mild crowding in the lower teeth.
If you wish to correct this issue you can do so by orthodontic treatment.
If the crowding is mild the treatment could finish in as fast as 6 months.
If the crowding is moderate it may involve slight trimming of the front teeth to gain space so that the crowding can be relieved and this would take around 8months.
But If the crowing is more it could involve removal of one or more teeth and the treatment would take around a year to complete
Orthodontic treatment is a complex and advanced set of treatment and I suggest you visit an orthodontist for the same.
He will also let you know the various types of methods in which this can be corrected and with the improvement in technology you will be spoilt for choices.
