To stop alcohol withdrawal symptoms u have to take medicines and take proper follow up treatment. During treatment period total alcohol stop is very much necessary. Taking alcohol is now a habit to u.To control this u have to take Behaviour Therapy along with medication. Consult psychologist online or offline and go for it.U must change ur behaviour and u have to stop alcohol from ur own, only then can u stop it for long tome or permanently. Arouse ur inner consciousness and deal with this addiction. Best wishes...

Alcohol withdrawal can be serious. Depending upon the use and pattern of alcohol, the severity is assessed. Because alcohol produces physical and psychological dependence, the withdrawal symptoms can be serious. Anxiety, sleep problem, Irritable mood, restlessness are early withdrawal symptoms. After a week of stopping drinks, more serious symptoms of disorientation, tremors, Hallucinations, can occur. In further stages, convulsions can also happen. It can be fatal if not managed timely and medically. Therefore, alcohol withdrawal must necessarily be managed ONLY under clinical observation. You must consider getting admitted in a hospital. Within 10 to 14 days the acute withdrawal phase can last. Long term management would consist of managing the underlying depression and anxiety problem. With suitable medications and instructions it can be completely cured.

First u ve to completely stop using alcohol. Unlike d olden days, alcohol is no more safe to ur body n brain. Ur body has developed dependence to it. Dependence in simple term  means addicted to it. D only way out is stopping it totally. If u ignore dis suggestion, den dese minor withdrawal symptoms like nervousness n racing heart beat may turn worse like seizure attacks n hallucinations.
