In urinary tract infection in some cases albumin is present in trace amounts, but since there is an increased amount, her kidney function has to be evaluated and her BP monitored. I would advise you to visit a nephrologist so that she can be examined and undergo investigations such as USG abdomen, RFT, LFT, etc to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. If she develops any problems such as inability to pass urine, you should take her to the ER immediately.
Next Steps
Visit a nephrologist
Health Tips
If any problems arise or worsen visit the ER at the earliest.
