Albinism is definitely a genetic condition which is inherited through genes. It has many sub categories and syndromes. Every condition is not manifested in every child. Whether your kids will develop it depends on many factors, like if both parents are affected then chances are much higher than one parent ,,sometimes parents are not affected but carrying the genes...it can affect both sexes equally. However occular albinism ID more common in male child..
