It's been 1n half yr after delivery. Stomach is not reduced and its like a baloon. It's like air is inside. Weight is also not reduced after delivery. Wat is the possible way that I can reduce my tummy. Is it ok to go to gym?

Hello..Well you tell me if it was 1 and half year
So you can surely go ahead with the gym training..And gradually increase with the intensity of the work out...There is no issues with the....Hope am clear enough....Thank you........mmm
