Hi , I am 19yr old male and yesterday I have taken Covishield vaccine but today my arm is feeling numb and a little bit swelling and pain . So , my question is that for how many days should I wait to go to Gym again and start doing exercises ?

This is normal. Don't worry about it. You can go to your regular gym routine when you start feeling better and your arm does not have pain. But be careful to wear mask and remain safe. For any further queries on covid and any other issue, consult me here on practo.
