I have seen most of the ADHD child eat lots of chocolate,which make then hyper,they are stubborn,over pampered by parents and also language issues (communication by single words)
You can work on his turn taking skills /waiting and also on language skills by different games on tablet /i pad
Diet also play an important role in ADHD.
