Acute throat pain and fever
From Wednesday morning fever and throat pain is there. Throat pain aggravated thereafter feel difficult to swallow even saliva and water. Solids able to eat bread and corn flakes mixed with milk. Finding difficult even to speak. Pain unbearable Taking dolo 650 from Wednesday every 6 hrs once until now. Thurday went to general physician and had Azithromycin for 3 days (total 3 tablets). But no improvement still. Took covid test and the results came negative. Fever continues at 100.5

In second wave of covid most of the patient have all symptoms of covid but report is negative . Covid cannot be ruled out

Hi. Even if your COVID test has come negative , it may still be CoViD . Please check your Saturation and get a repeat RTPCR. Meanwhile , a bacterial throat infection cannot be ruled out . I suggest online consultation for evaluation. .
