Is there any effective treatment in Ayurveda for acute psychosis? Now following allopathy. Symptoms completely vanished now. But doctors say to continue medicine for some more years. Thinking of switching to Ayurveda because of the side effects of the medicines taking now

Though Ayurveda has got treatment for psychosis but is difficult to treat without face to face consulting the patient . you are advised to consult a qualified senior ayurvedic doctor in your area.

Ayurveda has wide range of medicines for psychosis. Internal medicines & Panchakarma treatments like Shirodhara & nasya help. But face to face consultation is needed before starting any treatments.
I would suggest to start Ayurvedic treatment parallely and taper out ur present treatment step by step instead of switching over to any pathy totally. So need to keep in touch with both experts and get out of it keeping patience.
