Acute pain in upper abdomen.

Asked for Male, 23 Years

There is acute pain in upper abdomen and continues problem of gas and cramping..I have taken superspas and pantop 40 injection but the relief was temporary.Kindly suggest treatment as no gastroenterologist available near me.
