Radiating back pain may be due to Sciatic nerve compression at Lumbar Region. U Should take physiotherapy treatment for it. U will get relief for Sure. Treatment May Consist of SWD, TENS, US, SPINAL EXERCISES, Spinal Manipulation etc according to Condition, after Proper Examination by Physio. Hot Formentation & Analgesic gel wil give some relax and decrease Pain . An MRI  of Lower Back May be Required if Pain didnot Reduce after two weeks of Treatment.
